For two decades, Menno worked at the centre of the built environment — real estate, technology, and sustainability — founding PropTechNL and the international PropTech for Good movement across 42 associations worldwide.
Then he did the thing he now asks of leaders: he let go. In 2024, he sold his house, closed his business, and set out on a Tour for Regeneration — trading optimisation for stewardship, and answers for better questions.

Menno brings 20+ years in the urban environment, spanning innovation, technology, real estate, and sustainable development. He has led strategy for the Dutch Ministry of the Interior, Savills, Achmea Real Estate, and the Nemetschek Group.
