Menno's Story

Menno Lammers is a visionary, catalyst for systemic change, and innovator with over 20 years of experience in real estate, technology, and sustainability. As the founder of PropTechNL and the international PropTech for Good movement, in collaboration with 42 PropTech associations worldwide, he bridged the gap between sustainability and technology in the built environment. He collaborated with public and private clients across Europe, mentored executive teams and founders, and led pioneering strategies for clients such as the Dutch Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, Savills Property Management, Achmea Real Estate, and Nemetschek Group.

Since 2020, he has been actively exploring regenerative urban futures, giving keynote speeches, and co-creating future-oriented, life-centred visions. In 2024, Menno left his old life, sold his house, and closed his international business, embarking on a Tour for Regeneration. This personal and professional journey continues to shape his work: inviting others to reimagine the urban environment as a living system where people, places, and nature can thrive.
