SEED · REGENERATIVE WAYFINDING ARCHITECTURE™
When the old maps no longer serve, wayfinding begins.
LEAD Wayfinding for Urban Leaders
A year-long online peer circle for 8 – 10 leaders of the built environment — developers, investors, architects, builders, public decision-makers, policymakers, and entrepreneurs — navigating the shift from sustainable practice to regenerative stewardship.
The personal evolution behind new urban leadership in a new era, wherever in the world you lead.
A conversation first - places are hand-selected, never bought on the spot.
THE RECOGNITION
You are at the Threshold
Naming where you stand is the first act of wayfinding.
A liminal space
A threshold · an in-between place · a transition zone · a borderland · a crossing point.
Living between worlds
At the crossroads · straddling two shores · in the passage · between here and there · on the bridge.
Or feeling lost
You've lost your bearings · off the map · without a path · adrift · seeking your way.
You haven't failed. This is the threshold, and you can navigate it.
THE INVITATION
Wayfinding for a regenerative era
A new era asks the built environment not just to do less harm, but to give life back to the living systems it sits in. Urban leaders don't need another framework to manage that complexity. They need a way to move through it — to orient, to sense the living system, to find the next true step. That begins as a personal evolution.
That's wayfinding!

THE REFRAME
From Future Self to Future System
A leader can only act well on behalf of a future self they can vividly imagine. A city can only be stewarded toward a future it can genuinely sense.
BE YOUR FUTURE SELF
The individual future self
Let the future pull the present, and don't let the past push it. Decide today who you are becoming.
BECOME YOUR FUTURE SYSTEM
The living urban system
The future is not engineered alone. It co-evolves with place, people, and time, stewarded so life can keep flourishing.
Regenerative Wayfinding Architecture is future-self work at the city scale.
